n They are seeking a hands-on
Senior Property Manager/Team Leader
to manage a tidy portfolio, support the Property Management team and help drive continued growth.

The Position: n
n
Manage a residential portfolio from end to end
n
Guide,



mentor and support the Property Management team
n
Assist with escalations, workflows and team performance
n
Oversee maintenance, inspections, arrears and renewals
n
Build strong owner, tenant and contractor relationships
n
Work closely with internal development, construction and operations teams
n
Maintain high service and portfolio standards
n
Requirements: n
n
Strong residential Property Management experience
n
Previous leadership or mentoring experience
n
Current QLD Certificate of Registration
n
Current Australian driver's licence
n
Confident communicator and problem-solver
n
Organised, professional and solutions-focused
n
n
