360 Recruitment Consultant | Blue Collar

We're looking for an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our team.
n
This is a hands-on role where you'll manage clients, candidates and end-to-end recruitment from day one. You'll step into an active desk with existing demand, while also being expected to build new business opportunities and grow your portfolio.
n
This role suits someone who enjoys a rapid-paced environment, can think on their feet and is confident building strong client relationships both over the phone and face-to-face.

What you'll do

Manage and grow existing client accounts
n
Generate new business opportunities and develop client relationships
n
End-to-end recruitment including advertising, screening, interviewing and placements
n
Coordinate onboarding, inductions and rostering for temporary workforce
n
Maintain regular communication with clients, candidates and site teams
n
Conduct site visits, safety checks and candidate starts
n
Fill urgent daily and weekly labour requirements across blue collar sectors
n
Ensure a high level of customer service and candidate care at all times
n

About you

Previous 360 / end-to-end agency recruitment experience preferred
n
Robust sales and business development mindset
n
Confident working in a fast-paced, high-volume workplace
n
Excellent communication skills with strong spoken and written English
n
Ability to build long-term relationships with clients and candidates
n
Highly organised, adaptable and commercially aware
n
Driver's licence and reliable transport essential
n
Able to work flexible hours when required to support operational needs
n

Hours
n
This is an onsite Monday to Friday role. Flexibility is required, with hours potentially ranging between 6:30am and 7:00pm during peak periods, along with occasional weekend support as required.
