Richmond MPHS is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a six-week contract running from 23 November **** to 3 January ****. This is a varied rural role that combines emergency department work, aged care support, and first responder duties with the hospital-based ambulance service. It's an chance to work across multiple clinical settings and make a real difference in a smaller healthcare community.
Work across Emergency, Aged Care, and hospital-based ambulance services in a dynamic rural setting
Six-week contract with flexible rural healthcare experience
Triage and emergency response responsibilities alongside aged care and community support
Preferred Requirements
Demonstrated emergency department experience, including triage assessment




Familiarity with iEMR (or willingness to complete two days of training in your own time)
Aged care experience and ability to assist with personal care including showers and daily living activities
Capability to work as a first responder with the hospital-based ambulance service
Current Yellow Card (NDIS) clearance, mandatory for commencement
Preferred Qualifications
Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
Advanced Life Support (ALS) or equivalent emergency response certification
Previous experience in rural or multi-disciplinary healthcare settings
