Business Manager – Morgan & Wacker Sydney About the Role n
You will be a valued member of our credit team, providing outstanding service to our Auburn store customers. You will manage the end-to-end finance process, from initial application through to settlement, ensuring a positive experience for every customer.
Key Responsibilities n
n
End-to-End Application Management:
Take and submit finance applications, obtain approvals from finance sources, and manage the signing and secure storage of all relevant documentation.
n
Consultative Sales:
Offer motorcycle insurance and mechanical protection plans to all referred customers, optimizing every opportunity by providing products relevant to their needs.
n
Relationship Management:
Build robust rapport with store customers and team
n
Financial Administration:
Balance purchase agreements once settled, process loan contract settlements, and accurately record and follow up on all commissions.
n
Compliance & Accuracy:
Maintain complete and accurate records in the company's computer programs and ensure all information provided to lenders and insurers is correct and transparent.
n
Team Support:
Support the team by assisting with customer referrals when teammates are unavailable.

A background or strong interest in finance,



insurance, or the automotive sector.

Tech Savvy:
Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly; experience with MCNET is beneficial.

Five day working week with one RDO per week
