Queensland Health is seeking a Service Desk qualified to provide high quality first tier support for Laboratory and Clinical Information systems via telephone, email and fax. You will handle first level incidents and requests, contribute to training development and ensure timely follow-up in line with CISSU processes.
You will escalate where needed, coordinate day-to-day activities to meet SLAs, and build strong relationships with team members through coaching and feedback.
