Netstar Australia is looking for a Hardware Provisioning & Fulfilment Specialist to join our Operations team. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in technology, hardware operations, inventory or supply chain.
n
You will help configure and prepare our GPS and telematics hardware for customers, ensure orders are packed and dispatched accurately, and support the management of stock and returned products.
n
No previous industry experience is required. We are looking for someone reliable, detail-focused and keen to learn.
n
What you'll be doing
n
n
Pick, configure, pack and dispatch hardware products and accessories for new and existing customers.
n
Provision devices accurately so they are ready for customer installation and use.
n
Receive, sort and process incoming inventory and returned products.
n
Assist with product inspections, testing, fault identification and basic repairs.
n
Maintain accurate stock quantities and bin locations.
n
Assist with regular stocktakes and investigation of stock discrepancies.
n
Record inventory movements and other transactions accurately in our ERP system.
n
Review backorders and stock reports and help follow up outstanding items.
n
Assist with maintaining product configuration guides, process documents and circuit diagrams.
n
Identify opportunities to improve provisioning, fulfilment and inventory processes.
n
Work closely with Procurement, Sales, Customer Experience, Field Services and Project Management teams.

About you
n
You do not need extensive experience to be successful in this role. You may be a recent school or TAFE graduate, or someone looking to move into a practical technology and operations position.
n
You will ideally have:
n
n
An HSC, equivalent secondary qualification or relevant vocational qualification.
n




Strong attention to detail and a commitment to getting things right.
n
A practical, hands-on approach and an interest in hardware, electronics or technology.
n
Good organisational skills and the ability to manage several tasks.
n
A logical approach to problem-solving and identifying faults.
n
Confidence using computers and learning new business systems.
n
The ability to communicate clearly and work collaboratively with others.
n
A reliable, professional and adaptable approach.
n
A willingness to learn and develop current technical and operational skills.
n
n
Previous exposure to stock control, order fulfilment, ERP or CRM systems, electronics or product testing would be helpful, but is not essential.
