Job Description
Amadeus is seeking an onsite Team Lead Field Support at Brisbane Airport to coordinate end-to-end incidents, oversee a team of field service engineers, and ensure high-quality service delivery across kiosks, self-service bag drops, airport workstations, auto boarding gates, and biometric devices. The role is located in the Amadeus office at the airport and reports to the Airport Support Manager.
