We are seeking a
General Practitioner (GP)
to join a well-established medical practice in
Nanango, Queensland
.
This is an opportunity to provide comprehensive primary healthcare to individuals and families while working within a supportive practice setting.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct consultations for acute and chronic medical conditions
Perform routine physical examinations and preventive health checks
Manage women's health and children's health presentations
Develop chronic disease management and team care arrangements
Provide mental health assessments and management
Perform minor surgical procedures as required
Interpret diagnostic investigations and arrange specialist referrals
Maintain thorough clinical records in accordance with
RACGP and practice standards

Family planning and pregnancy testing
Cervical screening (Pap smears)




ECGs and heart health checks
Counselling and mental health support
Childhood and adult vaccinations
Minor surgery, including stitching cuts and removal of moles/sunspots
Home visits
Liquid nitrogen therapy for sunspots and warts
Nutritional advice
Pre-employment medicals
Skin checks using MoleMate
Asthma and diabetes management
Audiometry and spirometry
GP Management Plans and Team Care Arrangements
What We're Looking For
Registered General Practitioner eligible to practise in Australia
Strong commitment to quality patient care
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
Commitment to maintaining high clinical and professional standards
