If you're an experienced Payroll Officer who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, this is a fantastic prospect to join a supportive and collaborative payroll team within a well-established national organisation.
About the Role n
Working as part of a close-knit team of three, you'll play a key role in the end-to-end processing of weekly and fortnightly payrolls for approximately 1,000 employees. You'll be responsible for ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time while delivering a high level of customer service to both internal stakeholders and employees.

Your responsibilities will include:
n

End-to-end processing of weekly and fortnightly payrolls
n
Processing and validating timesheets
n
Responding to payroll enquiries from employees and managers
n
Payroll reconciliations and reporting
n
Superannuation administration
n
Maintaining accurate employee payroll records
n
Assisting with payroll compliance and legislative requirements
n
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across payroll processes
n
Working collaboratively with the broader payroll team to meet payroll deadlines
n

Working Hours n

Monday & Tuesday: 8:00am - 5:00pm

Friday: 8:00am - 2:00pm

About You n
To be successful, you'll have previous experience processing end-to-end payroll and be confident managing high-volume workloads while maintaining exceptional accuracy.
n
You'll also bring:
n
n
Previous experience in a Payroll Officer position
n
Experience processing high-volume payrolls
n
Solid understanding of payroll legislation, superannuation and payroll compliance
n
Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy
n
Strong organisational and time management skills
n
A proactive, customer-focused approach
n
The ability to prioritise competing deadlines within a team setting
n
