About the role
n
As an
Intermediate/Senior
Accountant, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality service across a diverse client portfolio, while being supported and mentored by experienced leaders within the firm. Key responsibilities include:
n
n
Preparation of financial statements and tax returns for a range of clients (companies, trusts, partnerships and individuals)
n
Managing compliance work including BAS, IAS and other statutory obligations
n
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
n
Assisting with tax planning and advisory work
n




Supervising and mentoring junior team members (senior candidates)
n
Contributing to process improvement and internal best practice
n
n
About you:
n
n
CA/CPA qualified or actively working towards completion
n
2+ years' experience in a public practice environment
n
Strong technical accounting and taxation knowledge
n
Excellent communication skills and a client-first mindset
n
Proficiency with accounting software (e.g. Xero, MYOB, XPM)
n
A genuine desire to grow, learn, and progress within a supportive team environment
n
