About the role n
The
Junior Technical Sales Specialist - Energy Storage
will be responsible for directly engaging solar installers, electrical contractors and installation businesses as the core customer group. This role will focus on building trusted installer relationships, promoting energy storage solutions, supporting product education, and converting direct installer enquiries into consistent sales outcomes.
Key responsibilities n
n
Support solar installers, electricians and installation businesses with product, order and sales enquiries
n
Learn core product features, system perks and solution value propositions for customer discussions
n




Assist with inbound lead follow-up, qualification and CRM updates
n
Help prepare pricing information, product availability updates and customer follow-up documentation
n
Support product launches, sales materials and basic training coordination
n
Attend local installer meetings, customer visits and product demonstrations to build market understanding
n
Maintain accurate records, pipeline updates and customer activity notes
n
Skills and experience n
n
Recent graduate or early-career candidate in business, engineering, renewable energy or a related field
n
Strong interest in B2B sales, customer engagement and clean energy technologies
n
Willingness to learn about battery storage, solar products and hybrid inverters
n
Clear communication skills and confidence engaging trade or installer customers
n
Good attention to detail across enquiries, pricing information and administration
n
Able to work from Chadstone, Melbourne and travel locally as required
n
