Job Description
Harden District Hospital is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join its Emergency Department and Acute care team on a 12-week contract basis. This is an in-charge role offering the opportunity to lead a busy ED environment while providing high-quality patient care in a regional NSW setting. The successful candidate will start as soon as possible and bring strong clinical experience across emergency, acute, and aged care settings.

Preferred Requirements
n
n
Current Registered Nurse registration with AHPRA
n




Demonstrated experience in emergency department, acute care, or aged care nursing
n
Proven in-charge or team leadership experience in a clinical setting
n
Triage experience is essential, with competence in patient assessment and prioritisation
n
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced workplace and manage competing clinical priorities
n

Preferred Qualifications
n
n
Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification
n
Current Advanced Life Support (ALS) certification or willingness to obtain
n
Post-graduate qualification or experience in Emergency Nursing or Critical Care
