Job Description
Webster Built is looking for an experienced and capable tradesperson to join our small team based on the Mornington Peninsula.
We design and install premium custom golf simulators across Australia, working on high-end residential and commercial projects.
This is a hands-on, leadership-focused role, working closely with the business owner and leading a small installation team.
It's suited to someone with robust existing trade knowledge, good initiative, and a very high standard of workmanship.
The quality of the finished product is extremely significant in what we do.
Our projects involve a lot of detailed fit-out and finishing work, so we're particularly interested in someone with a background in cabinetry, joinery, shopfitting, detailed timberwork, or similar.
We'll train you in our systems and the golf simulator side of the role, but we're looking for someone who already has strong onsite experience, positive problem-solving skills, and the ability to confidently contribute to projects from day one.

About you
Robust trade experience
Exceptional attention to detail
Strong practical and resourceful problem-solving skills
The ability to work confidently and use initiative onsite
A current driver's licence
Experience with cabinetry, joinery, shopfitting, detailed fit-out, or similar work is highly regarded
Comfortable with regular interstate travel and being away for several days at a time, with all travel expenses covered
