What We're Looking For n
The ideal candidate will have:
n

Proven experience in a customer service or sales-focused role
n
An outgoing, motivated, and energetic personality
n
A robust ability to achieve and exceed KPIs while following company systems and processes
n
Excellent teamwork and communication skills with a results-driven mindset
n
Strong attention to detail and administrative capability
n
Experience in conflict resolution and member engagement
n
A genuine passion for health, fitness, and delivering an exceptional member experience
n
Eligibility Requirements n
n
Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role
n
Fitness industry experience highly regarded
n
Current First Aid and CPR certification, or willingness to obtain within the first two weeks of employment
n
Current Blue Card, or willingness to obtain within the first two weeks of employment
n
Strong passion for and knowledge of the fitness industry
n
Availability to work full time, including a flexible roster where required
n
