This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a busy shop environment, loves working with flowers, and can hit the ground running with minimal supervision. You will be responsible for creating stunning bouquets and arrangements, keeping the shop floor beautifully stocked and displayed, and delivering a warm, friendly experience to every customer who walks through our door.

Certificate III or IV in Floristry (or equivalent trade qualification)
n
Proven experience working in a retail florist environment
n
Strong skills across all aspects of floristry — bouquets, arrangements, sympathy tributes, corporate work
n
Ability to work confidently and efficiently without supervision
n
A genuine passion for flowers and an eye for colour, style, and detail
n
Excellent customer service skills — warm, approachable, and skilled
n
Comfortable working at pace without compromising on quality
n
Full Time or Part Time position available
