We're partnering with a global manufacturing business to recruit a People & Culture Business Partner, supporting a diverse client group of around ***** employees across technical, professional, and R&D-focused; functions. Partnering closely with leaders, you'll play a key role in shaping culture, enhancing capability, driving performance, and supporting business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with leaders to deliver people initiatives aligned to business objectives
n
Coach leaders on performance management, employee relations and leadership capability
n
Support organisational change, restructures and transformation projects
n
Drive talent, succession and workforce planning initiatives
n
Foster a positive, high-performing and collaborative culture
n
Analyse people trends and provide commercially focused recommendations
n
Work closely with specialist P&C; teams to deliver consistent people outcomes
n

About You
n
n




5+ years' experience in a HR Generalist, HR Advisor or Business Partner role
n
Strong employee relations and performance management experience
n
Experience supporting organisational change and transformation initiatives
n
Sound understanding of Australian employment legislation
n
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
n
Comfortable operating both strategically and hands-on
n
Able to build credibility quickly and provide pragmatic advice to leaders
n
