The Campus Enrolments Coordinator is responsible for administrating the enrolment process from a families first contact with the College through to student commencement and until the student completes their College journey. This role requires a high standard of professionalism, discretion, and interpersonal excellence, ensuring positive and effective communication with staff, students, and parents.

The successful candidate will possess solid self-management and organisational skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a large team. They will be able to prioritise competing demands, meet deadlines, work effectively under pressure, and positively embrace and manage change, while contributing to team-oriented decision-making across the College.

About you





Demonstrated competence and confidence in using relevant software packages e.g. Microsoft Office

Knowledge and prior use of the College Administration package (TASS) would be an advantage.

Knowledge of general office and administrative procedures and equipment

Working with children accreditation (Blue Card) or ability to obtain this accreditation.
