Driver Hire is partnering with a well-established, family-owned transport business operating a growing fleet across multiple transport divisions. Due to continued growth, our client is seeking experienced and reliable HR Steel Delivery Drivers for ongoing work, with permanent opportunities available for the right candidates.
Your New Role
Based out of Carole Park, you will be responsible for delivering steel products to customers throughout South East Queensland. Loads include steel coils, structural steel, sheets, and other steel products.
This role requires previous experience with load restraint and securement, as safe transportation of steel products is essential. You will also be required to confidently manoeuvre and reverse a truck into tight customer sites and driveways.
Part-time hours initially, with the opportunity to transition to full-time
Monday to Friday work schedule




Early starts between 5:00am and 6:00am
8 to 10-hour shifts
Local SEQ deliveries with daily home time
What We're Looking For
Current HR Licence
Previous steel delivery experience
Strong load restraint knowledge and experience
Excellent reversing and vehicle manoeuvring skills
Reliable and punctual work ethic
Availability for ongoing work
Own reliable transport
