is expanding our surfacing team. We're looking for
experienced Asphalt Crew Members
to join our operations based out of
Elimbah
.
n
These positions are ideal for individuals who take pride in quality workmanship, teamwork, and maintaining a strong focus on safety. Pay rates will be based on experience and skill level.
n
Own transport is required
to travel to and from the depot.

Primary Responsibilities n
n
n
Operate heavy equipment such as trucks, skid steers, rollers,



and pavers to apply asphalt according to project specifications.
n
n
Use various hand tools (rakes, shovels, wheelbarrows) and assist the crew with general asphalt laying duties.
n
n
Maintain clear communication with the paver operator, truck drivers, and crew members to ensure smooth workflow and job quality.
n
Essential Skills & Requirements n
n
n
Minimum 3 year of asphalt experience (preferred).
n
n
Certificate III in Civil Construction (desirable but not essential).
n
n
Current driver's licence (required).
n
n
Construction Induction White Card.
n
n
Familiarity with asphalt installation processes and equipment (rollers, pavers, etc.).
n
n
Solid understanding of workplace health and safety practices.
n
n
Ability to work effectively within a team and communicate clearly.
n
n
