Job Description
The Reject Shop, part of Dollarama, is seeking an HR Operations Lead to head Employee Relations and Industrial Relations advisory services across 415+ stores, four distribution centres and the Store Support Centre in Kensington. You will lead a small HR Advisory team, shaping the advisory function amid growth and transformation.
