An established Sydney
developer-builder
is looking to appoint an experienced
Programmer / Project Planner
to work across a growing portfolio of residential developments.
n
This is not purely a site-based programming role. You'll work across
multiple projects and the full project lifecycle
, from early development and pre-construction through to construction, completion and handover.
The Role n
n
Develop and maintain
master project programmes
across multiple projects
n
Programme across
development, design, approvals, procurement and construction
n
Work closely with Development Managers, Project Managers, Site Managers, consultants and subcontractors
n
Coordinate project teams to obtain the information required to maintain accurate programmes
n
Monitor
critical path, sequencing, milestones and programme risk
n
Identify potential delays and work with project teams on mitigation strategies
n
Provide programme updates and reporting to
senior management
n
Support projects from early planning through to delivery and completion
n
About You n
n




Demonstrated experience as a
Programmer, Project Planner, Construction Planner or Planning Engineer
n
Background with a
head contractor or developer-builder
n
Strong understanding of
construction methodology and sequencing
n
Residential, mixed-use or major building project experience preferred
n
Strong
Primavera P6 and/or MS Project
capability
n
Able to build and interrogate programmes – not simply update them
n
Confident working with multiple stakeholders and challenging project teams for information
n
Able to operate across
multiple projects simultaneously
n
