is a proud family of quality-focused trade service professionals and is seeking a couple of enthusiastic and friendly members to join in the
Customer Service Team
. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager our representatives are trained and developed into an experienced, confident customer service agents.
n
The position is varied, where no two days are the same, yet clearly defined so you will know your responsibilities and be able to manage your time accordingly.
n
This position will have responsibility for the following:
n
n
Phone answering inbound calls to O'Brien Electrical & Plumbing Rowville
n
Supporting customer satisfaction through enquiry first time resolution where possible
n
Redirection of calls and messages to key staff members
n
Ensuring payment and feedback on all newly completed jobs
n
Greeting visitors to the office
n
Providing administrative assistance to key internal staff
n
General filing and admin functions, including data entry




n
Stock control including ordering and receipting
n
Client customer satisfaction surveys
n
n
