Isaac Regional Council is seeking a proactive and skilled maintenance skilled to take pride in maintaining and improving Council-owned facilities across the region. Reporting to the Team Leader - Trades Services, this opportunity offers a varied and hands-on role where your work will directly contribute to the safety, presentation and functionality of Council properties while supporting the delivery of quality services to our communities.

Mandatory Qualifications – this role requires the possession of:
Valid Drivers License
Carpentry Trade Qualification
Construction White Card (Construction Industry)
If you are successful in this position, you will receive:
Salary $73,****** per annum (Stream C, Level BT1)
Nominally 76 hours per fortnight (Monday to Friday)
5 weeks annual leave @ 17.5% loading
RDO's in accordance with Council Policy
Up to 14.5% super in accordance with Council Policy
Tool of Trade Vehicle
Fit for Purpose Subsidised Council Housing $***** Per week, pending availability
