We build custom architectural current homes & renovations.
Due to growth & upcoming jobs, we have an exciting prospect for an Estimator/Construction Admin to join our team.
We are looking for someone who has building experience & onsite knowledge to assist our director in the estimating process.Key responsibilitiesTake offsObtaining & reviewing quotesAbility to read & analyse complex plansUsing BuildXact Software to produce accurate estimatesRevising estimates after value management with clientsVariations & sending PO'sNegotiating subcontractor agreementsOther ad hoc contract admin/construction admin tasks as requiredAbout youBuilding experience & onsite knowledgeProactive, positive & eager to helpAbout usTide Constructions is a leading residential custom home builder based in Brisbane.
