Enhancing the customer centric mentality, the Customer Service Officer will support activities related to direct customer sales support and service. In addition to the face-to-face element of the role you will also be interacting with the internal and external sales team to resolve relevant queries.

This is a
permanent, full-time opportunity
and will be based onsite at
Bullivants Newcastle.
Some of the tasks: n
n
Support with client sales and showroom retail activities
n
Resolve customer queries either face-to-face or via phone and email
n
Support with ordering to ensure delivery timelines are adhered to including any overdue deliveries
n




Interact with relevant internal departments to ensure overall customer satisfaction
n
Some of the skills: n
n
Experience in the lifting, rigging and safety industry highly regarded
n
Previous experience in a customer service role in Mining or industrial sales environment
n
Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
n
High level written and verbal communication skills
n
A curious mindset and a willingness to learn
n
Proactive nature with a focus on problem solving to achieve an outcome
n
