Round the Way Food Truck Group is seeking a Customer Experience & Functions Manager to be the face of our three agile food truck brands. This role covers everything from handling the first customer inquiry to building long-term relationships with clients, overseeing event operations, and developing marketing materials.

Key responsibilities

Be the first point of contact for client inquiries, delivering exceptional service from inquiry to post-event follow-up
n
Lead and inspire the front-of-house team at events
n
Develop marketing materials and strategies to help grow our business
n
Handle function sales and manage client relationships
n
Plan and coordinate event details, ensuring smooth operations
n
Liaise with event organizers, wedding planners, and clients to ensure flawless execution
n
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and ensure completion of cleaning schedules
n
Contribute new ideas and innovative menu items to keep our offerings fresh

Extensive experience in hospitality,



front-of-house, and functions management

A true front-of-house professional with a passion for customer service

Strong leadership skills with a positive, can-do attitude

Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
