We're looking for experienced
Front of House Supervisor
s to join our team and help lead the next generation of Hurricane's Grill staff.
The Role Y
ou'll be responsible for:
n
n
Supporting & coordinating the FOH team during busy services
n
Helping team members deliver friendly and efficient guest service
n
Assisting with staff training and onboarding
n
Ensuring tables, service areas and FOH presentation are maintained to a high standard
n
Assisting with guest requests and feedback
n
Supporting the Restaurant Manager with day-to-day operations
n




Leading by example and jumping in wherever needed
n
What We're Looking For: n
n
2+ years' experience
in restaurant supervision
n
A genuine passion for
hospitality and people
n
Confident, friendly and positive personality
n
Strong communication and leadership skills
n
Good food and wine knowledge
n
Ability to stay calm and organised in a busy environment
n
Current
RSA
n
Most importantly, we want someone who
enjoys working with people, takes pride in great service and brings positive energy to the team.
