Randstad is looking for a bubbly and enthusiastic
Customer Service Officer
to join a dynamic team within the banking industry on a casual basis. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy helping people and are looking for a casual opportunity, this might be the perfect fit for you!
Key Responsibilities n
n
Provide outstanding customer service to clients over the phone, via email, and in person
n
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues with a positive attitude
n
Assist with general administrative tasks and data entry as needed
n
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery
n
Requirements n
n
Previous experience in a customer facing role is a plus, but not essential
n
A friendly, bubbly personality with a genuine passion for helping others
n
Excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail
n
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
n




Availability to work Monday to Friday, between 9:15 AM and 4:15 PM
n
Ability to travel to different branches in the
North/Eastern
Suburbs of Adelaide to cover shifts, with your main branch being located within
Ingle Farm
Shopping Centre.
n
Ability to cover last minute shifts
n
Competitive hourly rate of $*****+ Super
