An iconic Australian organisation is seeking an experienced
Program Analyst
to support a significant Salesforce transformation program. Working across multiple workstreams, you will provide program-level coordination, governance and reporting while ensuring risks, actions, issues, decisions and dependencies are effectively managed. This role will suit someone who can work confidently in a fast-paced environment, connect the dots across complex initiatives and maintain a clear view of the broader program.

Experience working with
Salesforce, Genesys or Verint
would be highly advantageous.
Key responsibilities n
n
Support program planning, governance, reporting and delivery activities
n
Manage RAIDD registers, including risks, assumptions, issues, decisions and dependencies
n
Coordinate activities and dependencies across multiple workstreams
n
Prepare program updates, status reports, dashboards and governance documentation
n
Monitor key milestones, actions and delivery commitments
n
Work closely with project managers, delivery teams and senior stakeholders
n
Maintain accurate documentation across Jira, Confluence and Smartsheet
n




Support teams working across Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery environments
n
Identify potential delivery challenges and proactively support their resolution
n
What you'll bring n
n
Previous experience as a Program Analyst, PMO Analyst or similar
n
Strong experience supporting complex programs with multiple workstreams
n
Demonstrated experience managing RAIDD and program governance activities
n
The ability to understand dependencies and maintain a program-wide view
n
Experience working across Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies
n
Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Office and Smartsheet
n
Solid organisational, analytical and stakeholder management skills
n
A proactive and pragmatic approach with a strong focus on outcomes
n
The ability to adapt and remain effective in a fast-paced, evolving environment
n
