You will provide holistic care, assess and plan with residents, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver best practice clinical care.

With 2+ years in aged care, you will manage medications, wound, pain, continence, dementia and palliative care, while documenting accurately and mentoring colleagues.
