Flow Pelvic Physio is a private practice physiotherapy clinic located in Red Hill on the Mornington Peninsula, with a diverse caseload across Pelvic Health and Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy. The role offers a varied and rewarding clinical experience working with Women's and Men's Pelvic Health, pregnancy care, postnatal recovery, pre/post-surgical rehabilitation, spinal/hip/pelvic girdle pain and clinical exercise/pilates classes. If you're looking to develop your skills in Pelvic Health, comprehensive in-house training and mentoring is offered for the right candidate.

Key responsibilities
n
Provide physiotherapy treatment across Pelvic Health and Musculoskeletal conditions
n
Conduct clinical assessments including pelvic floor and core assessments
n
Deliver clinical exercise and pilates classes
n
Support pregnancy care and postnatal recovery
n
Manage pre/post-surgical rehabilitation cases
n
Treat spinal, hip, and pelvic girdle pain
n
Contribute to a collaborative team environment focused on patient-centred care
n
About you
n
Experience in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy and Women's Health
n
Experience in Pelvic Health Physiotherapy, or a genuine interest and commitment to completing extensive in-house training
n
Postgraduate training in Pelvic Health Physiotherapy (or equivalent professional development courses)
is preferred but not required
n
Proficiency in completing vaginal exams is highly desirable
n
Experience in Clinical Exercise/Pilates classes
n
Minimum of 1 year full time experience in private practice or minimum 2 years in a hospital setting
n
Excellent communication skills and a patient-centred approach to care
n
AHPRA registered and valid professional indemnity insurance
