The Australian Reinforcing Company (ARC) in Newcastle is seeking hard‑working Operators for day and afternoon shifts at our high‑speed reinforcing steel facility.

You will operate bending, shaping and cutting machinery for bar, steel and mesh, use forklifts and gantry cranes, and pick, pack and load for customers. This permanent, full‑time role offers long‑term career development within a large national organisation and a safety‑focused culture.
