The Role n
An exceptional career opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Lawyer (1–3 years' PQE) to join their thriving Insurance.
n
The range of matters will be diverse e.g. public liability, personal injury and professional indemnity.
n
You will be supported to run your own files, step up into larger District and Supreme Court matters, and develop your court skills under direct partner mentorship.
Key Responsibilities: n
n




Managing insurance litigation files from inception through to resolution or hearing.
n
Drafting comprehensive advices on policy coverage, indemnity, liability, and quantum.
n
Preparing court documents, pleadings, witness statements, and instructing counsel.
n
Regularly appearing in the Local and District Courts.
n
Maintaining strong, proactive relationships with insurer clients and key stakeholders
n
About You n
To ensure your success in this collaborative team, you will bring:
n
n
1–3 years' PQE within insurance litigation or a strong defendant-focused personal injury/liability practice.
n
Prior exposure to general liability, personal injury, or professional indemnity claims.
n
Strong legal research and drafting skills, with a keen eye for detail.
n
A client-focused mindset with the ability to provide pragmatic, commercial advice.
n
A cooperative attitude and the drive to proactively progress matters.
n
