Randstad's client, a national Tier 2 builder, is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join the QLD delivery team before project commencement, shaping the full commercial lifecycle across luxury residential, commercial and boutique developments.

Based in Queensland, you will procure, package and negotiate subcontracts, manage claims and variations, oversee budgets and forecasting, and lead a growing commercial team.
