Full Time - Leading Fire Protection contractor

A well established fire protection contractor delivering projects and service works across commercial, infrastructure, and complex environments.

Due to continued growth, they are looking to bring on a highly organised Service Administrator to support their service division, working closely with technicians, supervisors, and clients to ensure the smooth delivery of maintenance and service operations.
n

Key Responsibilities n
n
Coordinate and schedule service technicians across multiple sites
n
Manage incoming service requests, emails, and client enquiries
n
Raise and manage work orders, quotes, and service documentation using Uptick
n
Maintain accurate records in Uptick and ensure compliance tracking
n
Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to support delivery




n
Assist with invoicing, reporting, and general administrative support
n
Ensure service works are tracked and completed in line with contractual and compliance requirements
n
About You n
n
Previous experience in fire protection in a Service Administrator / Service Coordinator role
n
Previous experience with and a strong understanding of Uptick is required
n
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
n
Confident communicator, comfortable liaising with clients and field teams
n
High attention to detail and accuracy
n
Proficient in Microsoft Office
n
