We're growing fast off the back of strong demand and smart marketing, and now need a driven sales qualified to own our inbound leads and build the sales function.

The opportunity
n
Start as our key Sales Representative handling inbound enquiries. Over ***** months, your job is to:
n
Master the sales role (speed-to-lead, conversion, rebooking)
n
Build and tighten the systems (scripts, CRM, reporting)
n
Grow into Sales Manager as we add more reps around you
n
Progression is based on performance and documented systems you build, not politics.
n
What you'll be doing
n
Respond fast to inbound leads from Google, Meta and phone calls
n
Qualify customers, explain our services and book jobs into ServiceM8
n
Follow and improve call scripts, quote frameworks and follow-up sequences
n
Hit and track daily/weekly KPIs: calls, contacts, bookings, conversion, revenue
n
Keep the CRM and job notes clean, accurate and up to date
n
Spot bottlenecks in the lead-to-booking process and propose fixes
n
Work directly with the owner to design better workflows, dashboards and reports
n
Over time,



help train current reps on the process you've built
n
What success looks like
n
3 months: You're confidently handling inbound calls, hitting core KPIs and following the process without hand-holding.
n
6–12 months: You're improving scripts, building simple playbooks, and your numbers are consistently top tier.
n
***** months: You're ready to step into Sales Manager, coaching others and owning the sales systems and results.
n
About you
n
You're ambitious and want to be running a team, not just taking calls, in the next 1–2 years.
n
2+ years in phone-based sales, service advisor, or customer service with targets (automotive or trades is a bonus, not a must).
n
You like structure: scripts, checklists, dashboards and KPIs make you better, not bored.
n
You've improved a process before (a script, a template, a workflow) and can explain how it moved the numbers.
n
Comfortable talking to tradies, fleet managers and everyday car owners.
n
Tech-friendly: happy learning tools like ServiceM8, CRMs, and call systems.
n
You take ownership of results and don't need to be chased.
