Assistant Production Manager
to join an established precast concrete manufacturing facility in Blacktown. This is a great opportunity for someone with robust precast experience who wants to move into a
leadership and production management role
.

Working alongside the Production Manager, you will help manage the daily production operation while developing your skills across people management, production planning, quality, safety and workflow coordination.
The Role n
n
Assist with daily precast production and workflow.
n
Coordinate labour, materials and production priorities.
n
Monitor quality, productivity and production targets.
n
Support
QA pre-pour and post-pour inspections
and quality requirements.
n
Lead, support and mentor production staff.
n
Help identify and resolve production issues.
n
Work closely with maintenance, quality and logistics teams.
n
Assist with production reporting and performance management.
n
Support training and continuous improvement.
n
Step into the Production Manager's role when required.
n
About You n




We are particularly interested in candidates with
hands-on precast or construction experience
who are ready to progress into leadership.

Precast Operator

QA Pre-Pour / Post-Pour Inspector

Senior Construction or Production Worker

Precast Tradesperson

You'll bring: n
n
Strong practical construction or precast manufacturing knowledge.
n
Understanding of precast production processes,
QA and quality control
.
n
Experience with or understanding of
pre-pour and post-pour inspections
.
n
Ability to read drawings and follow specifications.
n
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
n
A hands-on, team-focused approach.
n
The drive and potential to develop into a
Production Manager
.
