Dlux Hand Car Wash As Car Wash Manager, you will oversee daily operations, lead the team and ensure every customer receives a quality and efficient service. This is a hands‐on management prospect for someone who enjoys working with people, delivering excellent customer service and maintaining high operational standards.

Task & responsibilities n
n
Manage the smooth and efficient operation of the car wash site.
n
Supervise and ensure vehicles are cleaned to a consistently high standard.
n
Managing and supporting a small and long standing team.
n
Resolve customer concerns and operational issues promptly and professionally.
n
Promote compliance with workplace safety, hygiene and operating procedures.
n
Prepare rosters and manage attendance, performance and daily team requirements.
n
Recruit, train, supervise and motivate staff.
n
Monitor cleaning products, equipment and other supplies.
n
Support sales growth, manage costs and work towards operational targets.
n
Provide regular updates on staffing,



operations and performance.
n
Qualifications & Experience n
n
Previous experience in managing a car wash, automotive service, retail, hospitality or other fast‐paced customer‐service business.
n
Diploma of Leadership & Management - required
n
Bachelor level education in Business, Management, or relevant stream - preferred
n
Strong leadership and people‐management skills.
n
Excellent communication and customer‐service abilities.
n
The ability to work efficiently in a hands‐on environment.
n
Strong organisational and problem‐solving skills.
n
A practical approach to managing staff, equipment and daily operations.
n
A current driver's licence is desirable.
