Job Description
Westhill Services is seeking a Workshop Supervisor – Heavy Fabrication to lead the frontline workshop team, coordinating daily priorities and ensuring safe, productive progress across multiple fronts at Mackay Harbour. You will report to the Workshop Manager and work with Leading Hands to drive performance.

You will guide boilermakers, apprentices and subcontractors, read drawings, manage workloads, and uphold high standards of workmanship, productivity and workshop presentation.
