ResponsibilitiesProvide
high-quality, person-centred clinical care to residents overnight.Monitor residents' health and respond promptly to changes in condition or
emergencies.Administer
medications in line with legislation, policies and clinical standards.Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory
requirements.Maintain
residents' comfort, privacy, dignity and
independence.Provide
leadership, guidance, and support to care staff on shift.Ensure compliance with infection prevention and control, workplace health and safety, and quality
standardsParticipate
in clinical handovers to ensure continuity of care between shifts.Liaise effectively with medical practitioners, allied health professionals, families, and external providers as required.About YouCurrent Registered Nurse registration with AHPRA.Previous night duty experience in residential aged care is highly
regarded.Confidence
