Job Description
Phaidon International in Sydney is seeking a Compliance Surveillance Officer to join our growing team. You will investigate trade surveillance alerts, monitor for market abuse, and review electronic communications to drive timely resolutions.

This role requires 3+ years in trade/market surveillance, robust analytical skills, and experience with SQL or Python. You will work across Trading, Technology, Risk and Compliance to strengthen controls and data-driven oversight.
