About the Role

We are opening a brand-new,
female-owned and led private billing General Practice
in November ****, and we're looking for
up to one Part-Time and one Casual Medical Receptionists
to join our foundation team.
n
We want friendly, organised and switched-on people who love working with patients and want to help us create a fantastic clinic culture from the very beginning.
n
What You'll Be Doing
n
n
Welcoming patients and managing reception
n
Answering calls and managing appointments
n
Private billing and Medicare processing
n
Using
Best Practice and HotDoc




n
Recalls, reminders and general administration
n
Supporting our doctors and clinical team
n
Helping keep the day running smoothly
n
n
What We're Looking For
n
Previous
medical reception experience is preferred
, with Best Practice and HotDoc experience highly regarded.
n
You'll be:

Organised with great attention to detail

Reliable and able to work independently

Comfortable in a busy medical environment
