Our client is a growing paediatric therapy practice dedicated to helping children reach their full potential through personalised, evidence-based, and family-centred care. They are now seeking a motivated Occupational Therapist Contractor to join their warm, collaborative team in the Bayside area.

About the Role
n
As a Contractor Occupational Therapist, you will enjoy a varied and rewarding caseload across clinic and community settings. You will: Provide engaging, evidence-based OT assessments and interventions for paediatric clients
n
Deliver therapy in a modern, well-resourced clinic environment Conduct outreach sessions in natural environments including homes, schools, and kindergartens Develop individualised, goal-directed therapy plans tailored to each child and family
n
Support children with developmental, sensory, motor, and functional challenges Collaborate closely with families, educators, and multidisciplinary professionals Monitor progress and adjust intervention plans to ensure meaningful outcomes

Maintain high-quality documentation and contribute to best-practice care Stay up to date with current evidence-based paediatric approaches

What You'll Bring

Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
n
Current AHPRA registration
n
Genuine passion for paediatric and family-centred care
n
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
n
Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team
n
Commitment to ongoing professional learning and evidence-based practice
n
Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
n
Current Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
n
Valid Driver's Licence and access to reliable transport
