Tradewind Australia is recruiting for an experienced Alcohol and Other Drugs (AOD) Worker to join a community-based health team in Geelong on an ongoing locum basis.
You will provide person-centred support across assessment, counselling, case management and harm minimisation.
Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will deliver AOD and psychosocial support, develop treatment plans, advocate for clients, and connect them with health and community services in the Geelong region.
