Job Description

Cleanworks Australia is seeking an experienced Leading Hand Cleaner to join ourteam, responsible for supervising and supporting a cleaning team across schoolsites in Paralowie.This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who takes pride indelivering high-quality commercial cleaning standards while supporting andguiding a team to achieve excellent results.You will play a key role in ensuring school facilities are maintained to a highstandard,providing clean, safe and welcoming environments for students, staffand visitors.

About the Role

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Leading and supervising a team of commercial cleaners
Allocating daily cleaning tasks and ensuring completion to requiredstandards




Conducting quality checks and providing feedback and support to teammembers
Training and assisting recent team members with cleaning procedures and siterequirements
Maintaining solid communication with management and site contacts
Cleaning classrooms, offices, staff areas and common spaces
Cleaning bathrooms, kitchens and amenities
Vacuuming, mopping, dusting and sanitising surfaces
Managing consumables, equipment and reporting maintenance issues
Ensuring workplace health and safety procedures are followed
Supporting school holiday cleaning requirements when required

Requirements
Valid and current WWCCand Police Check
Experiencein periodical cleaning (carpet cleaning, window cleaning, scrubbermachines) is an advantage
Professional,well-presented, and confident working in a school workplace
Ableto work independently and manage responsibilities effectively
