What you need
n

n
Must have valid Traffic Control TC2 ticket
n
Must have Traffic Control experience
n
RIIWHS205E Control traffic with stop/slow bat course
n
RIIWHS302E – Implement traffic management plans
n
Construction induction – white card
n
Drivers license
n
Have your own two-way radio and Traffic Control PPE - including Vic Roads Vest
n
Able to work in a team and able to work individually
n
Ability to stand for long periods of time
n
Well-presented and punctual
n
Must be available to work on weekends as well
n
What you will be doing
n
n
n




Perform all tasks associated with traffic management
n
Site clean-up and worksite duty
n
Travel to different locations
n
Use of the Stop/Slow Bat to control traffic
n
Sound verbal skills with knowledge of 2-way radio
n
Implement and monitor operational Traffic Management Plans
n
Complete vehicle pre-start checks
n
Load and unload vehicles with signage and equipment
n
Complete the required paperwork
n
Report in office hazards and near misses
n
Obey instructions from team leaders, foremen, inspectors and auditors
n
