Job Description
Eastern Health is seeking a Clinical Lead Physiotherapist (Critical Care) to shape and lead the ICU physiotherapy program across services. You will guide evidence-based practice, mentor teams, and drive workforce development and research initiatives to improve outcomes for critically unwell patients.

The role focuses on expert clinical leadership, strategic planning, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, compassionate care in a large metropolitan health service.
