About the Role n
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and assessment to students undertaking specialist electrical qualifications. You will play a key role in supporting learners through both theoretical and practical components of their training journey.
n
Key responsibilities include:
n
n
Delivering innovative learning and assessment materials provided by the organisation
n
Supporting students throughout their learning journey to build knowledge, confidence, and employability
n
Delivering practical, hands-on training sessions that simulate real workplace environments
n
Marking online coursework and supporting students in course completion
n
Preparing and setting up training materials for courses delivered in unattended facilities
n




Maintaining training resources and ensuring readiness for delivery
n
Courses Delivered n
Weekly training is delivered across specialist technical areas, including:
n
n
Hazardous Areas (EEHA)
n
High Voltage Switching and Systems
n
Instrumentation (Certificate III IC and Certificate IV Instrumentation)
n
Solar and Battery Systems
n
QTP and QBP licensing preparation
n
Refrigeration and related electrical disciplines
n
About You n
You are an experienced trainer or industry professional with strong technical expertise and a passion for developing others. You are confident delivering both theoretical and practical training and can engage learners across varying experience levels.
n
You will ideally have:
n
n
Relevant trade or technical qualifications in electrical or energy disciplines
n
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE***** or equivalent) - preferred not essential
n
Strong industry experience in one or more of the listed technical areas
n
Excellent communication and mentoring skills
n
Ability to work independently and manage training delivery outcomes
n
