Midway is one of the largest local independent supplier of concrete and quarry products in Victoria. We currently have four concrete plants in operation.

Join the dynamic team as a Call Centre & Customer Service professional. In this role, you will be the vital link between our customers and our business, providing exceptional service and support. Based in our Laverton North, VIC **** Head Office, you will play a key part in our customer-focused operations.
What you'll be doing n
n
Respond to inbound customer calls and emails, providing solutions and information to address their needs
n
Log customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system
n
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products and services
n
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team for resolution
n




Contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes
n
What we're looking for n
n
At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre role
n
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
n
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to effectively address customer queries
n
Proficient in using CRM and other customer service software
n
A versatile and adaptable approach to work, able to handle multiple tasks and shifting priorities
n
A genuine passion for providing outstanding customer experiences
