Position Description
Working within a supportive, positive and team-oriented team, this role will be suited to someone who is looking to further develop in their career on a permanent basis. With exceptional training provided, the role will include but not be limited to:
Assist with Payroll processing and calculations for the national weekly payruns
Email and hand out payslips
Maintain company payroll records in an accurate and confidential manner
Respond to enquiries in a professional and courteous manner
Maintaining pay records, employee records, leave records and related information
Assist with reporting duties at end of month

Ideal Candidate
Previous experience in a Payroll Officer position within a medium to large organisation
High volume Payroll processing experience up to 1,000 employees
Solid attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Proactive, adaptable and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
